Implementation Plan

The following is a typical Implementation Plan that helps you launch your Web site to your community in short order.

It is easy to do and your Implementation Manager and our time-tested process guides you through step-by-step to ensure a successful launch.

From the point your AssociationVoice Web site is ready (about 2-3 days), we will guide you in the implementation, based on your capacity and priorities, typically this process is as follows:

SCHEDULE AND COMPLETE TRAINING – Within 1 week - 10 days

Training classes are offered every Tuesday at 11am and every Thursday at 3pm Mountain Time and last approximately 1.5 hours
You can register for training through the “Getting Started Guide” available on your site

START ON GRAPHIC DESIGN – Within 2 weeks

If you have elected to use our Graphic Design services, you can submit a request for one of our Graphic Designers to contact you through the “Getting Started Guide”
If you decided not to use our Graphic Design services, you can select a pre-formatted appearance scheme and upload your own header graphic

NOTE: you can work on the design and the content of the site simultaneously

START LOADING CONTENT AND DOCUMENTS – Within 2-3 weeks

Upon completion of training, you’ll be ready to become your community’s Web master!
Look through the stock content we have provided and modify/edit as needed to fit the needs of your community
Customize the menu to fit your community
Load any documents or photos
Add additional content/Web pages as needed

LAUNCH THE SITE TO THE COMMUNITY – Within 3-4 weeks

Set the domain of your site live
Announce the new site to your community. We can provide you templates to use for a newsletter, email blast, mailing, etc.
Celebrate your accomplishment!

Remember, it is OKAY to NOT have your Web site 100% complete when you launch it to the community. You have already made leaps and bounds so far! By continuing to add to the site once it has been launched keeps it fresh and interesting, providing a reason for residents to keep coming back.
