Heritage Highlands is blessed with residents with diverse interests and hobbies. Clubs and organizations are resident driven groups and directed by the HOA. The HOA serves as a host provider of facilities in many cases to give these clubs and organizations a place to meet in the clubhouse or other associated facilities. These clubs and organizations are financially independent from the HOA; however, they remain bound, as are all residents and guests, to the facility rules and regulations approved by the Board  of Directors.
