What are the pool hours?
Pool hours are 10:30am - 8:15pm everyday, Memorial Day through Labor Day.
What is required to use the pool?
Use of the pool requires a valid pool pass and all assessments paid in full.
The pool pass application can be found in the Resource Center beginning around May 1, 2011 .
What company maintains our common areas?
Valley Crest Landscaping is the company that maintains our common areas. They also mow the common areas each week during the summer months. The berm is mowed several times per year.
Valley Crest is also responsible for the fertilization program of the common areas and the trees and shrubs in the common areas. Contact the Landscape and Grounds Committee if you have any questions or concerns regarding the common areas.
What do HOA Assessments pay for?
Assessments are paid by every member of the association. All Evergreen Meadows households pay a quarterly assessment of $ 191.00 which is due by the first day of each quarter.
These fees pay for common area landscape maintenance, capital reserves and improvements, general administration, taxes, insurance, common property maintenance, community programs, pool maintenance and reserves, and the community management contract.
What days are trash picked up?
Trash is picked up every Monday
Recyclables are picked up every Thursday
- Recyclables include glass, plastic, aluminum cans, newspapers, magazines, and lawn waste. Lawn waste must be placed in biodegradable paper bags. Dirt, soil, and rocks will not be picked up.

Richmond American has a customer service number. At last check, the number is 703-390-0936. Our contact person was Darlene, and she can look up your information by street address.
I am selling my home and my realtor told me I need a copy of the community's governing documents (disclosure packet). How do I obtain this packet?
All disclosure packets can be obtained from GHA Management. ORDER EARLY!
