- Community Information: Post documents, e.g. Master Deed, By-Laws, for owners and Board to have access to based on permissions set by the Board.
- Association Business: Allows Boards the access to monthly financials, Delinquency Reports, Homeowner Balances. Allows the Board to create Agendas, Meeting Minutes, Violations, Architectural/Modification Requests and shares information with the owners.
- Communication: Allows the Board to effectively communicate with all owners and groups in an electronic or US mailed fashion, saving time and money.
- Homeowner Services: Displays vendors to all owners that have been screened by Cummings for proper insurance so to assist when owners are selecting a contractor.
- Maintenance: Allows the Board and Owners to enter in a request for service. The Board will then have the ability to see the request through the process of assigning a vendor, tracks the request on the Owner's File and keeps the Owner informed through the process.
- Association Administration: Provides an online storage cabinet for the Association. As needs arise, the system can be changed to add new Board Members and change settings as seen fit by the Board. Can customize the system settings to allow other parties access to the system, such as attorneys, Committees and other specific roles that need access to parts of the system.
- Unit Files: Allows the Board access to all contact information for each owner, provides unit level filing and tracks all past communications, violations, maintenance, Architectural/Modification Request actions.
