Charles K. Smith, President - Sagebrush Realty Development
Charles K. Smith is the President of Sagebrush Realty Development and is responsible for all current development projects including three condominium conversions valued at over $85 million in revenue. Mr. Smith has over 20 years of experience in a variety of industries, has successfully founded two companies in the technology sector and has built and managed sales and marketing teams for private and publicly traded companies. He has a Bachelors degree in accounting from the University of Maryland and an MBA from the Owen Graduate School at Vanderbilt University.
Tripp Keber, Executive Vice President of Business Development
Mr. Keber is the Executive Vice President of Business Development for Sagebrush Realty Development. Prior to joining Sagebrush, Mr.. Keber was most recently President of Left Bank, LLC, a Denver-based real estate investment firm with holdings in both Aspen and Denver, Colorado, as well as several cities in southwest Florida. Prior to Left Bank, Mr. Keber held several senior level positions in the telecommunications industry including General Manager of ICG Communications, Senior Vice President for Sales and Marketing at eLink Communications, Sales Director for National Accounts for Pathnet, and as Sales Manager for Winstar Telecommunications. He also served as the Director of Sales and Site Acquisition for Milliwave, LP, and spent three years in sales and sales management in the cable industry. Mr. Keber has a BS in Political Science from Villanova University and currently resides in both Aspen and Denver, CO with his family.
Michael Feiock, Vice President of Finance
Mr. Feiock is the Vice President of Finance for Sagebrush Realty Development. He joined Sagebrush in October 2005. Mr. Feiock began his career as a CPA with Coopers & Lybrand. Subsequent to that, he spent over 12 years in the wireless communications industry developing cellular networks and financial and sales organizations throughout the southeastern United States. In that industry he served in senior financial as well as senior sales and marketing positions including strategic planning manager, Vice President of Sales and Marketing and Chief Operating Officer. He was the CFO for a large real estate development company in Louisville, Kentucky before joining Sagebrush. Mr. Feiock has a degree in Accounting from Indiana University.
Drew Brinkmeyer, Vice President of International Acquisitions
Mr. Brinkmeyer is the Vice President of Finance for Sagebrush Realty Development. Mr. Brinkmeyer is responsible for identifying opportunities in international markets and developing relationships with local experts to execute a chosen strategy. Previously, he evaluated potential acquisitions for Sagebrush in the Southeastern United States. Mr. Brinkmeyer has a background in acquisitions dating back to 1998. Working with Xpectra Manufacturing, a $50,000,000 private contract manufacturer, he identified, evaluated and negotiated acquisitions in San Francisco and Los Angeles. Mr. Brinkmeyer has ownership and operational experience in Xceligent, a commercial real estate data exchange in 24 metropolitan markets throughout the United States and in the hospitality business. Mr. Brinkmeyer holds a BA with a double major in Economics & Business Management from Simpson College.
Matt Wilcox, Director of Acquisitions
Mr. Wilcox has over 3 years of experience in the multi-family industry. Prior to joining Sagebrush Realty Development Mr. Wilcox was the Director of Sales and Development Consultant for Hudson Capital on a 1000 unit complex in Jacksonville, FL. Prior to working for Hudson Capital Mr. Wilcox worked for CB Richard Ellis on the multi-family brokerage team and was directly involved in the marketing and sales of over 500 million in pre-existing multi-family projects for multi-family development. Mr. Wilcox received his BS from Florida State University. Mr. Wilcox's role at Sagebrush Realty Development is to source and acquire development opportunities throughout the country that fit into our development criteria.
