The Community Leadership Forum Exposition is open to the public-no registration is required. It showcases the latest and greatest technologies, products, and services to meet your community's needs!
Come and visit the Exhibit Hall to find new solutions, products, and services-all in one convenient marketplace. Talk one-on-one with representatives of companies from all over the country and build relationships with suppliers who can help you do your job more effectively and efficiently.
Because we think face-to-face interaction with product and service providers is an invaluable aspect of attending the forum, we provide conflict-free exhibit hours and several ways for you to access information.
Exhibit Hall Hours and Events
Exhibit Hall Open (open to everyone; no ticket required) Thursday, October 20, and Friday October 21, Noon-3 p.m.
Luncheon
Served in the Exhibit Hall on Thursday and Friday, Noon-2 p.m. Must present ticket for luncheon. Additional luncheon tickets are $35 by September 23 and $45 after September 23.
Showcase Theater
Attend 20-minute presentations by exhibitors at the showcase theater within the Exhibit Hall. Thursday and Friday, 12:20-2:40 p.m.
Ask The Expert Table
CAI's forum exhibitors will staff a table in the Exhibit Hall during exposition hours to answer your questions specific to their area of expertise. Thursday and Friday, 12:20-2:40 p.m.
Mystery Booth
Each day a mystery exhibitor will give away cash! To qualify for the drawing, all you need to do is visit the exhibit booths and leave your business card. Be sure to visit as many as possible, we don't know which booth will be selecting the lucky winner. Thursday and Friday, winner will be drawn at 2:45 p.m.
Silent Auction
Sponsored by the Foundation for Community Association Research Bid on the latest technology gadgets, tickets to sporting events, and more at the Foundation for Community Association Research's silent auction-located in the Exhibit Hall. Thursday and Friday, and will close at 3 p.m. on Friday, October 21.
Prize Drawings
Exhibitor prize drawings will be announced inside the Exhibit Hall. Thursday and Friday, 2:45 p.m.
