CAI strives to represent the best in community association management. All of our training and education is focused on providing community association managers with the tools they need to do their jobs with distinction.
CMCA Designations (National Board of Certification for Community Association Managers) If you believe that the manager or management company is not adhering to the strict Standards of Professional Conduct, you may file a complaint. If your manager has a CMCA designation, you can file a complaint with NBC-CAM. They have an established process to investigate all complaints.
AMS or PCAM Designations (Community Associations Institute) If your manager has an AMS or PCAM designation, you can also file a complaint with CAI National. The process of Enforcing the Standards of Professional Conduct will then be implemented by CAI National.
