Revised Gate Access Procedures

3.29.11

1. All guests on the permanent list or temporary list (those that have been called down by a resident) will be granted access by checking name only. The guard will sign them in with their name and record their license plate as they pass through the gate.

2. All guests that show up unannounced will need to show a driver's license. They will not be granted access until the resident is reached at the house to confirm admittance.

3. All vendors and contractors will need to show driver's license.
