Ray Nilsen, Assistant Superintendent

Ray was raised in the deserts of Arizona and New Mexico. He started in the golf business in 1997 while working at the Links at Continental Ranch in guest services. Ray also helped to construct and maintain the golf courses at The Gallery Golf Club from 1998 to 2006 as an Assistant Superintendent until he had an opportunity to spend three years at Tucson Country Club as the Assistant Superintendent until 2009. Ray also enjoys creating metal artwork in his spare time
Joey Moraga, Assistant Golf Professional
A Tucson native, Joey has lived in Tucson all his life. He attended Canyon Del Oro high in Oro Valley where he graduated in 1996. 
Joey has worked in the golf business since beginning his career at the Shereton El Conquistador in 1994, and has worked at Heritage Highlands, with the exception of two short stints away with his band, since 1999.
Joey is currently working on his golf game with a goal to pass a Player's Ability Test so that he can become a PGA Apprentice and work towards his goal of becoming a PGA Golf Professional.
David Peña, Assistant Golf Professional
David is a native of Tucson and has lived here most of his life. He attended Cholla High School, Pima Community College and University of Phoenix where he majored in Business Administration/ Global Management.
David has worked in the golf business for more than ten years and is currently a PGA Apprentice working towards Class A membership.
