The Grounds Committee consists of neighbors who enjoy the outdoors and who like to participate in the planning and implementation of landscape improvements and additional landscaping to the common grounds at Canyon Ridge.

The members of this committee also see to the overall maintenance of the grounds.  Although we hire someone to mow the grass and treat the lawn, we actually do much of the other maintenance work ourselves:  fertilizing trees and shrubs, pulling and spraying weeds, treating infestations, replacing any dead vegetation, picking up trash, etc. 

We have a committee meeting two times each year, one in the spring and one in the fall.  At those meetings, we make plans for our spring and fall neighborhood workdays.  All neighbors are encouraged to attend and help on the workdays.  We have a great time of working together toward a common goal. 

Anyone is welcome to join this committee.  It is a great way to get to know your neighbors and to have input on the future landscape of the common grounds.
