No one can argue that today's networks are more complex than they have ever been. As networks evolve, so do the ecosystems that enable the next-generation of platforms. With the availability of standards-based products today, equipment manufacturers can focus their resources on developing applications rather than the base communications platform. For this reason, today's application developers are not the same as their predecessors. But how do you educate this new developer?

The SA Forum is providing application developers with new educational resources. Our marketing efforts now include an Application Webcast series, which educates viewers on implementing open specifications for carrier-grade and mission-critical applications and systems. The most recent Webcast speaks directly to today's developers, imparting the time-to-market and cost savings that comes from designing with SA Forum specifications. Additionally, the SA Forum offers compelling case studies to show real world examples of SA Forum implementations.
