The current policy below will be enforced to maintain the security of Falcon Hills:

·       Each Homeowner is allowed one (1) open house sign on their lot, excluding eye catching banners or flags.

·       The Realtor may place two (2) directional signs inside Falcon Hills to help direct traffic.

·       All Realtors must check in with guard house and inform them that they are conducting an Open House / Property Showing. The guard will collect a business card and verify the realtor's name with a driver's license. The guard will log the visit by recording name, vehicle and license plate.

·       All Open House / Property Showing visitors must check in with the guard on duty. The guard will document the visitor in the log by recording name, vehicle and license plate.

·       Open house may only be conducted on Saturday and Sunday, 12:00 - 5:00 pm.
