The policy below will be enforced to maintain the security and exclusitivity of Falcon Hills:

* Each Homeowner is allowed one (1) open house sign on their lot, excluding eye catching banners or flags.
* The realtor may place one (1) directional sign inside Falcon Hills to help direct traffic.
* All realtors must check in with the guard house and inform them that they are conducting an open house and must leave their driver's license with the guard.
* All open house visitors must check in with guard and leave a driver's license until exiting.
* Open houses may only be conducted on Saturday and Sunday, 12:00 pm - 5:00 pm.
