Our History


The HRCA Management Services Group started managing Sub-Associations in Highlands Ranch in May, 2000.  Because the HRCA has managed large scale recreation centers, covenant compliance and services for the general community of Highlands Ranch, their professional staff had the experience and resources to provide similar management services for smaller sub-associations within the Highlands Ranch area.  Currently, the HRCA has a total revenue budget of over $18 million dollars.  It employs over 600 employees and is considered to be one of the most progressive master communities in the country.  The oganization operates like a business, but being a "not for profit concern", it's primary focus is to serve the community and enhance the quality of life and property values in Highlands Ranch.

With no marketing or solicitation to the community, the HRCA Management Services Group has grown and now services ten (10) sub-associations in Highlands Ranch.  This growth is attributable to our commitment to providing profession, cost-effective customer service.  HRCA focuses only on serving Highlands Ranch communities.
