Most of our management team is made up of credentialed professionals who are certified through the Community Associations Institute (CAI). CAI is a national organization dedicated to educating and training its members, setting very high standards for its certificates, providing the latest community association management and governance information, and dedicated to fostering vibrant, competent and harmonious community associations.
TEAM LEADER
Ken Joseph, CMCA, AMS, PCAM -Operations Manager
Oversees Facilities, Operations, Maintenance, Landscaping, and Aquatics for the HRCA. He reports directly to the HRCA Community Manager. He is an experienced member of the HRCA Sub-associations Management Staff Team. The Staff Team reports to Ken.
STAFF TEAM
Property Managers from the Operations Team are responsible for executing property inspections, communication with the board, solicit vendor bids, manage sub-contractors, and provide day to day management.
Matt Muller, AMS - Property manager for The Highwoods Homeowners Association.
Jeff Evans - Property manager for Westridge Knolls Homeowners Association and Weatherstone at Highlands Ranch Association.
Dan Montague - Property manager for Bradford Hills Homeowners Association
Diane Ball, AMS, CMCA - Property manager for Stonebury and Highlands Ranch Golf Club Homeowners Associations
Mark Gunther, AMS - Property manager for Falcon Hills Homeowners Association
Brian Sheppelman, CMCA - Staff Accountant/Property Manager Brian is the property manager for Settlers Village Sub-Association . He is also is responsible for all the finances, assessments, collections, budgeting and financial reporting functions.
