THE HIGHLANDER MONTHLY NEWSLETTER

The Highlander Monthly Newsletter

HH publishes a monthly newsletter, The Highlander, for all residents.  This detailed newsletter keeps you informed as to everything taking place in your community for that month and a glance at future events to add to your planning calendar.  This publication also has a business directory and classified ad section. Each month this publication is distributed to each property by your block watch captain.  Please contact Aileen Fundingsland, mailto:aileen@heritagehighlands.com for details on how to advertise.

The purpose of this message is to remind all residents of events happening in the upcoming week. This message comes to you by email every Friday afternoon.  If you would like to receive this message simply stop by the front desk at the clubhouse and fill out a form or.

Pending Issues

It is the practice of the HOA to provide residents with the oportunity to comment on significant policy developement issues one month before the Board of Director takes formal action on that issue.  Please check back to this section periodically to stay abreast of the pending issues before the Board. Your thoughts and comments can then be sent to the Directors electronically by clicking here: Contact the Board

The Straight Talk is a communication vehicle used by the President of the Board to focus on a single topic.  The information communicated may be relative to an issue, process or event that is of special interest to the residents.  This type of publication provides the opportinity to present a thorough discussion of the topic.

RESIDENT DIRECTORY

The resident directory is published twice a year.  This directory provides current information on owners, address, phone numbers and state of origin.  You may pick up a hard copy at the HOA office.  There is also an excel extract file current as of 4-28-2010 in read only form  located in the Resource Center under Resident Forms.

To update your information download the resident directory and web information form found in the homeowners section under resident forms and return to the HOA office.
