- Maintaining grass, trees, shrubs, and other landscaping in the "Bradford Hills Association Maintenance Areas". These generally consist of front yards, and certain side yards of all lots. Irrigation system maintenance and repair within the Bradford Hills Association Maintenance areas and the street-facing exterior of fences separating Bradford Hills Association lots from other areas. The Bradford Hills Association is not responsible for maintenance and repair of driveway or walks. |
- Administrative costs such as copies, postage, collection costs, legal expenses, and insurance for common areas and Board of Directors. |
